This Privacy Policy describes how Pueblo Internet Publishing LLC, doing business as Blockchain Integration Strategies ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information when you use RecordStamp ("Service").

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

RecordStamp is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do NOT collect:

• Your documents — Files are processed entirely in your browser. They are never uploaded to our servers.
• Document contents — We never see, store, or have access to what you timestamp.
• Names, emails, or contact information — No registration required.
• Account data — There are no user accounts.
• Payment information — The Service is free. We collect no fees. Gas fees are paid directly to blockchain validators, not to us.
• Tracking cookies — We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Note: Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) maintains standard server access logs which may include IP addresses and access times. These logs are used for security and performance purposes and are subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.

2. Information Processed Locally

The following information is processed entirely in your browser and never transmitted to us:

• Your selected documents (used only to compute the hash locally)
• Computed SHA-256 hashes
• Salt values (if you enable salting)

3. Information Recorded on the Blockchain

When you create a timestamp, the following information is recorded on the public blockchain:

4. Third-Party Services

RecordStamp uses the following third-party services:

5. Your Wallet

RecordStamp interacts with your cryptocurrency wallet (e.g., MetaMask) to submit transactions. We do not have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. All wallet interactions occur directly between your browser and your wallet software.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

RecordStamp does not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

RecordStamp is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. International Users

RecordStamp is operated from the United States. Blockchain networks are decentralized and global. By using the Service, you acknowledge that transaction data will be recorded on public blockchain networks accessible worldwide.

9. Data Retention

Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to retain or delete. Blockchain records are permanent by design and exist independently of our Service.

10. Your Rights

Because we do not collect personal data:

• There is no personal data to access, correct, or delete
• We cannot provide data exports (we have no data about you)
• Blockchain records cannot be deleted by anyone

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
